I don’t think nebulization itself would make a meaningful difference in that respect. In other words, I would not expect chlorine dioxide to lose its effect simply because it is nebulized. From that standpoint, drops and nebulization should not be fundamentally different.
With a low lying rectal tumor, what effect would using CDS in an enema have on the tumor? I wonder if it would be similar to exposing the nasal area with the cotton swab like you described.
In my view, simply exposing the surface of a rectal tumor to CDS would probably have little value. Surface contact is unlikely to penetrate deeply enough to cause meaningful tumor necrosis. For a solid tumor, the key issue is reaching the tumor tissue itself rather than only treating its surface.
Thank you for sharing this Dr. Liu. I have not attempted 3000 ppm in any way. I dilute from 3000 ppm and regularly clean my nasal cavities with a spray I make up in a snoot bottle. 2 oz of saline solution and 5 drops of 3000 ppm CDS. I want to nebulize with it and Curious Outlier has a protocol for that that I am going to try. I have been diagnosed with COPD Emphysema, Stage 2 and I am now on oxygen full time because I can't keep my oxygen level up without it. This kinda crept up on me over the last year and I am completely gobsmacked! I quit smoking last November, so that is the good news. I also take CDS internally when flu season comes around. 1 - 16 oz water with 2.5 ml of 3000 ppm while fasting for 4 hours. I never get the flu!
Thank you for sharing your situation. In my experience, a small amount of chlorine dioxide inhalation may be beneficial for pulmonary inflammation, while a higher dose can cause irritation of the throat and upper airway. Delivering chlorine dioxide directly into the lungs may potentially be helpful for your lung condition, but the practical problem is how to avoid irritation of the throat during inhalation. At present, I do not have a reliable solution for that problem, so I cannot give you a specific inhalation method or dose.
Thanks, dr. Liu, based on a similar consideration, when I use CDS 3000 ppm topically I prefer to use it by drops and not nebulizing it (as far as it is a so small molecule, the sensation I have is that if I nebulize it, it dissolves rapidly not reaching the zone with its full power)... Is it?
Liu, Excellent use. I know nebulizaton CDS + saline use, but this way is easy, very practical, thanks for sharing .

Curious Outlier has a protocol for that! Find him on Substack as well.
God Bless you and I shall pray for your healing!
Erika, thank you for your reply! I found Curious Outlier’s protocols on Substack.
And, thank you especially for your prayers!
You are very welcome Ann! Stay well and God Bless!
I urgently need 20,000 ppm chlorine dioxide solution for someone who is critically ill with cancer 🙏—how can I get it or make it? Thanks 🙏🥰
