I wish I knew this 50 years ago when I was a teenager. I make a chlorine dioxide spray and use it every morning on my face and eyes, (careful of strength). It also resolves skin cancer on my face.

It's not too late to know now; in a few days, I will release the protocol for treating dry eye with chlorine dioxide.

For skin cancer, I suggest directly injecting small doses for quicker results.

Do I need sterile water to create a CCS for injecting small skin cancers or can I use distilled water

Only distilled water is needed; chlorine dioxide is a highly efficient disinfectant, and there is absolutely no need for sterile conditions.
