Hi Dr. Korry,

The following letter has already been sent to the email address you provided me.

——————————————————————————————————————————————

Dear Dr. Pierre Kory,

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce my work and progress in the field of chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) therapy. Since 2010, I have been dedicated to researching chlorine dioxide, conducting self-experiments and limited clinical applications. Over the years, I have developed and applied for several groundbreaking patents related to ClO₂ therapy, which you can find here: https://clo2miracle.com/my-patents.

In 2011, I filed my first patent application for using chlorine dioxide to treat hair loss. By 2016, I had successfully submitted four patent applications covering the treatment of over 300 diseases, including age-related conditions, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. To date, I am the individual who has applied for the most patents worldwide for the use of chlorine dioxide in treating diseases.

The key distinction of my therapy, compared to MMS or CDS protocols, lies in the delivery method. In my approach, chlorine dioxide must be targeted directly to the affected tissues at a higher concentration. My method avoids oral administration (except for gastrointestinal conditions) and intravenous injection. This localized delivery, I believe, is the cornerstone of its effectiveness. As a strong oxidizing agent, chlorine dioxide only induces localized chemical reactions within the body, which I have detailed here: https://clo2xuewuliu.substack.com/p/understanding-chlorine-dioxide-therapy.

I have summarized three mechanisms through which chlorine dioxide exerts its therapeutic effects:

Eliminating affected cells.

Regulating immune responses.

Promoting tissue regeneration.

You can find a detailed explanation of these mechanisms here: https://clo2miracle.com/the-mechanism-of-clo2. These mechanisms, under my theoretical framework, provide a logical explanation for the wide range of diseases ClO₂ can treat: https://clo2xuewuliu.substack.com/p/the-model-of-life-a-fresh-perspective.

Cancer, as we know, is a disease that cannot wait. To address this urgency, I have partnered with clinics in Germany, Mexico, Brazil, and the Philippines, granting them licenses to use my intratumoral chlorine dioxide therapy for cancer patients. This therapy is offered as an alternative treatment and is currently only legal in a few countries. In Germany, our partner clinic has completed five cases of initial injections following my clinical guidelines (four injections to ensure complete tumor clearance), with remarkable results. I have summarized the latest clinical outcomes here: https://clo2xuewuliu.substack.com/p/major-breakthrough-intratumoral-chlorine.

Latest Clinical Outcomes in Cancer Therapy

One of the latest cases conducted by a German clinic involved a Dutch cancer patient with multiple liver and lung tumors. The treatment focused on intratumoral chlorine dioxide injections targeting the liver tumors, and the results were remarkable:

Tumor Necrosis Observed: Ultrasound imaging immediately after the injection revealed widespread tumor necrosis, with clearly defined and reduced tumor borders.

Reduction in Tumor Size: While significant tumor shrinkage within 1–2 hours is theoretically unexpected, early imaging and patient feedback suggested noticeable changes.

Patient Well-Being: The patient reported feeling generally well post-treatment, with no significant discomfort.

These observations indicate that chlorine dioxide, through its powerful oxidative properties, effectively destroys cancer cells, disrupts tumor vasculature, and reduces tumor-associated inflammation. Additionally, reducing inflammation around the tumor not only improves the local environment but also lowers the risk of metastasis.

Based on these findings and other clinical observations, the four primary mechanisms of intratumoral chlorine dioxide therapy have been identified:

Directly Killing Cancer Cells: Chlorine dioxide’s potent oxidative action rapidly and effectively destroys cancer cells, reducing tumor burden.

Disrupting Tumor Vasculature: It cuts off the blood supply to tumors, starving the cancer cells and leading to extensive necrosis.

Eliminating Tumor-Associated Inflammation: Reduced inflammation promotes improved systemic health and lowers the risk of metastasis.

Promoting Tissue Healing: Following tumor clearance, chlorine dioxide facilitates the healing and regeneration of affected tissues.

Unique Clinical Advantages of Intratumoral Chlorine Dioxide Therapy

This therapy demonstrates several revolutionary advantages:

Rapid Results: Tumors show signs of necrosis within hours, far surpassing traditional treatments in efficiency.

Minimal Side Effects: Apart from mild injection-site pain, no significant adverse effects have been observed.

No Resistance: Chlorine dioxide’s non-selective oxidative mechanism ensures cancer cells cannot develop resistance.

Sustainability: Chlorine dioxide decomposes into non-toxic byproducts, allowing for repeated treatments.

Convenience: Patients can often be discharged within hours, as treatments can be performed in standard clinical settings.

This evidence marks a revolutionary step in cancer treatment, offering a new option that rapidly destroys tumors, reduces inflammation, and improves overall recovery outcomes.

By the end of this year, I anticipate that my partner clinics will have treated over 1,000 cancer patients, demonstrating the effectiveness of my therapy to the world. Next year, I plan to initiate new drug approval applications and clinical trials in China, the United States, and Europe.

As you are aware, the modern medical establishment remains skeptical of chlorine dioxide. Despite my efforts, none of my preclinical research reports have been accepted by peer-reviewed journals: https://clo2xuewuliu.substack.com/p/a-nobel-prize-worthy-paper-rejected?r=48chtc.

The reality is that conventional medicine has been largely ineffective against cancer, with few treatments achieving the results my therapy has demonstrated. Unfortunately, many cancer patients cannot afford to wait for my therapy to gain regulatory approval.

I am reaching out to you in the hope that, through your platform and influence, you might introduce my work to a broader audience. This would help educate people about the proper dosages and methods for using chlorine dioxide to treat diseases, particularly offering late-stage cancer patients a chance to access my therapy.

I have attached the following materials for your reference:

A comprehensive guide to chlorine dioxide therapy.

My eBook, The Chlorine Dioxide Miracle: Safeguarding Health with Safe and Effective Applications.

My eBook, Confronting the Cancer Care Plight: Using First Principles to Navigate Your Cancer Journey.

My preclinical research report on intratumoral chlorine dioxide injection.

Thank you for taking the time to review my work. I deeply respect your contributions to the field of medicine and your advocacy for alternative therapies. I would be honored to receive your feedback and recognition of my efforts.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Xuewu Liu

I have a draft clinical trial with over 30 citations on chlorine dioxide that I made in 2020. Tried to get a research grand but was unsuccessful at the time. I have proposed to the Kennedy team that we make a vaccine/biologic injury multidisciplinary center of excellence at the NIH and we can have right to try for novel treatments. I published it here to share the info recently. https://open.substack.com/pub/irenemavrakakismd/p/chlorine-dioxide-is-a-safe-and-effective?r=n6kz1&utm_medium=ios

I need some guidance about using CDS to combat cancer stem cells. I haven’t drank any yet although I want to just reluctant. I have read a great deal about CDS’s use and recently with using DMSO to help the CDS absorb. I just want a source that helps me with directions/methods/recipes for guidance. Please help.

If there are no tumors in your body, then naturally, there are no cancer stem cells, and you do not need any treatment. If there are tumors in your body, you can consider my intratumoral injection of CDS therapy for treatment. I believe there is no method specifically targeting cancer stem cells.

I had a colon tumor removed last year. It looked good until the pathology report came back. The presence of CSC’s numbers have gone up 3 times and a PET scan should lesions in stomach/pelvic area. A number of things kill CSC’s .. refer to Dr William Makis on X or Substack. I have read a lot about CDS effecting cancer but I was wondering about transdermal absorption?

Expand full comment
Xuewu Liu's avatar

Even with transdermal absorption, chlorine dioxide is unlikely to reach the tumor effectively.
