20,000 ppm? With all due respect, that would be a dark brown and explosive concentration and not yellow, as I saw on some images. How do you measure it?

Thank you for your comment. Measuring 20,000 ppm is quite straightforward: we dissolve 2 grams of pure chlorine dioxide liquid (deep red) into 98 grams of sterile injection water. This yields a 20000 ppm CDS injection solution.
