That is a huge mass. How would you know where to inject, to reach the correct place and what is the correct place? The patient was brave with limited pain relief and so was the doctor administering the dose. I should imagine the different camera angle was used to better highlight the start of the deterioration of the tumour. Will he need repeat injections? I hope his treatment is successful and we see followups. Is this cancer only on his neck still or has it spread? Asking as tumour so large. Obviously I'm hoping not and wanting 100% success.

i wish the photo was from the same angle. It is hard to tell the reduction, due to the difference in the camera position for both photos.

You’re absolutely right — the difference in camera angle does make it harder to assess the visual reduction precisely. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to provide more standardized photographs in this case.

The patient received the injection under non-ideal conditions, without access to an experienced practitioner. It was already quite difficult to arrange the treatment itself, let alone ask for well-controlled documentation.

That said, even with limited images, the technical analysis (including ChatGPT-assisted evaluation) clearly shows signs of rapid necrosis and structural collapse in the tumor area, which strongly supports the effectiveness of the injection.

Thank you for your understanding and for raising this important point.

This poor man. Yes, he and the doctor were very brave. It kind of looks like gangrene. Can the necrotic tissue be debrided now?

Prayers that he can continue until it's resolved. 🙏
